How do you thicken milk for coffee creamer?

There are two ways to thicken milk for any flavor of coffee creamer.

First method is to cook it in a saucepan over the stove.

Just heat over medium heat stirring constantly until it is thicker.

The second method is much quicker and requires the addition of cornstarch.

Method two works with any type of milk, almond milk, soy milk, or even water.

To thicken add 2 tablespoons per cup of liquid.

Whisk to combine and heat over medium heat until thickened.

This will give the creamer the consistency of gravy.

Add less or more depending on the consistency you are looking for.
