Instructions
In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, and buttermilk into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
1 Cup Mayonnaise, 1/2 Cup Sour Cream, 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
Mince the fresh parsley, fresh dill, and fresh chives. Add to the mayonnaise mixture. Add the spices minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper.
