Melt chocolate in a microwave save bowl one minute at a time. Making sure to stir in between each minute of cooking. (Caution, do not heat for more than a minute at a time without stirring as it has a tendency to burn).
Once the chocolate is melted, add the butter toffee peanuts.
Mix the chocolate and the butter toffee peanuts until the peanuts are well coated. Using a 1 inch scoop, drop the peanut/chocolate mixture on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet.
Refrigerate until firm or put somewhere cool to harden. About 45 minutes.
