13-4 LBbeef bottom round roast or chuck pot roast
2LBPotatoesPeeled and cut into chunks
1LBCarrotsPeeled and cut into chunks
11.4 Oz.Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Gravy
2TBLFlour
1CupWater
1-2Cups Juices from Roast

Instructions
Place the roast in the crock pot, sprinkle 1/2 of the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix on top of the roast.
When there is approximately 2 hours left of cooking, add half of the potatoes and carrots. Sprinkle the rest of the Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix. Add the rest of the potatoes and carrots. Cover and cook the remaining few hours.
Cook on high 6 hours. If you wish to cook longer, you can also cook this on low for 8 hours.
Gravy
Once the roast and vegetables are removed from the crock pot, pour the juices into a pan. Add a cup of water. Heat on medium-high until boiling.
While the juices are heating up, mix 2 TBL of flour with 1/4 Cup of water until the flour is thoroughly incorporated.
Once the juices are boiling, slowly pour in the flour mixture stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
