Ingredients
8MediumPotatoesI prefer Yukon Gold, but any you like would work
8Oz.Caulifloweror 1 head cleaned and cut into small pieces
4Tbl.Butter
1CupHeavy Cream
1Tsp.Salt or to taste
3/4Tsp,Pepperor to taste

Instructions
Cut the cauliflower heads down into florets, then microwave, steam or boil for about 8-10 minutes, until cooked completely. Fork tender and soft. Drain. You can use fresh or frozen.
While that is cooking, peel and quarter the potatoes. Boil for 15-20 minutes, until cooked completely. Fork tender and soft. Drain.
Once the potatoes and cauliflower are both cooked and still hot, put in container large enough to hold both and allow you to mix.
Add the butter, cream, salt and pepper.
Use a hand masher, mixer, or food processor to mash.
Top with more butter or gravy or another topping of your choosing. Serve.
