Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
In a mixing bowl add the eggs, oil, and vanilla.
2 Large Eggs, 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Add the cake mix and optional chocolate chips.
1 Box Devil's Food Cake Mix, 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Just mix by hand until well incorporated. Just a minute or two. Chill dough for 20 minutes for easier handling. However, if you are short on time, you can make the cookie dough balls with a cookie scoop without chilling. The dough will be a bit soft to work with.
Use a cookie scoop to make to make the dough balls.
Roll the cookie dough in the powdered sugar.
1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Place on cookie sheet approximately 2-inches apart. I used a non-stick liner, you can use parchment paper too. Makes for easy clean-up with no sticking.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until center isjust set.
Remove from pans after a minute or so and cool on wire racks.
