Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish and line with parchment paper for easy removal after baking.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.
Add the flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt to the butter mixture, beating until blended. Stir in half the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Press half of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish to form a crust layer.
Arrange half the marshmallows on top of the crust. Next break up half of the chocolate bar pieces and sprinkle that over the top of the marshmallow layer. Finally, add the rest of the marshmallows and dollop with the rest of the crust mixture.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows turn light golden brown and gooey.
Remove it from the oven and add the rest of the chocolate chips and chocolate bars broken up on the top. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
