- 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup Provolone cheese Shredded
- ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese Grated
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper

- In a kettle of boiling water, cook pasta until it is just a bit undercooked. Drain and set aside.8 Ounces Manicotti Pasta

- In a prepared 9 x 13 baking dish add 24 ounces of the tomato pasta sauce.48 Ounces Tomato Sauce
- Stuff the pasta with the cheese mixture. Arrange the stuffed pasta in a single layer in the baking dish.
- Cover with the remaining 24 ounces of pasta sauce. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.

Yes, this is a great make ahead freezer meal. Since this is a hearty pasta, it will hold up well to freezing. Just assembly the ingredients, place in a freezer-safe container. It will keep for up to 4 months. When you are ready to make this dish, you can either thaw and bake or bake from frozen. If you plan on baking from frozen make sure that your container is freezer to the oven friendly. Just add an additional 40 minutes onto the baking time if baking from frozen.Nutrition
