Instructions
Brown the Meat. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef mixture over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
2 Pounds Ground Beef
Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Until golden brown and caramelized.
8 Ounces White Mushrooms
To the mushrooms, add the 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup mix and the water. Stir in bouillon cubes and add the fried mushrooms. Simmer for a few minutes until thick and creamy.

Assemble the Casserole. Spray a baking dish or casserole dish with nonstick spray or cooking spray. Then layer the meat mixture, green beans, cream of mushroom soup mixture with mushrooms, cheddar cheese slices. Finally add a layer of frozen tater tots on the top of the casserole.
