This easy graham cracker pie crust is the beginning to so many wonderful desserts. This can be the basis of a pie in a pie plate or pat this into the bottom of a baking pan for another dessert.

Ingredients
1 1/4 Cupsgraham crackersCrushed
5Tbls.Melted Butter
1/3Cupgranulated sugar

Instructions
In a medium sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and the sugar, mixing to incorporate the sugar throughout the graham crackers.
Melt butter and add to the graham cracker and sugar mixture. Stir to combine.
Transfer to a 9 inch pie plate.
Press crumbs firmly into the bottom and sides of the pie plate. As I noted, it is easier to use the bottom of a measuring cup.
If you will be adding a filling that will be frozen, you could chill at this point and add your ingredients and proceed with freezing. However, often, the ingredients that I put in the graham cracker pie crust are not frozen. Therefore, I bake it at 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Let cool and add your ingredients.
