Instructions
Cut the corn off the cob and add to a large bowl. Add the salt and pepper and mix to incorporate. Put the corn in a 9 X 13 pan.
Slice the butter into 1-inch cubes and spread those cubes on the corn.
Cube the cream cheese and add that to the corn.
Drizzle the honey on top of the corn.
Baking the Honey Butter Corn Directions
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes in a pre-heated 425-degree Fahrenheit oven, stirring halfway through.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the paprika and any other optional toppings you desire.
Skillet Corn Directions for the Corn Side Dish
Add all of the ingredients as you would for baking this side dish to a large 12-inch skillet. Mix to incorporate.
Cook on medium-high stirring occasionally until the corn is done and the cream cheese is melted. Approximately 20 minutes.
