Instructions
Prepare the strawberries. Wash and dry strawberries completely with a paper towel to ensure the chocolate sticks.
1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
Melt chocolate. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth. Alternatively, use a double boiler by placing a heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan filled with an inch of water over low heat.
8 Ounces Milk Chocolate
Dip strawberries. Hold each beautiful strawberry by the green leaves and dip it into the smooth melted chocolate, allowing the excess chocolate drip before placing it on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
Optional. Decorate with Candy sprinkles, mini chocolate chips.
