This mango and tomato salsa is the prefect side dish to bring to any gathering. It is so easy to make. The hardest part is cutting all the ingredients nice and small. This salsa is a real crowd pleaser.
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the cilantro, gently stir to combine.
For the best flavor, let the salsa rest for at least 15 minutes. This can be made a few hours or a day ahead of time. Make sure to refrigerate for food safety.
Stir in the fresh cilantro leaves just before serving.

Freeze Mango Salsa
You can freeze mango salsa by placing in an air-tight container for up to 4 months. To serve, just thaw in fridge overnight before serving and add any extra lime juice if needed.
