Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 11 Ounces Fruity Pebbles Cereal I normally use 1 box of cereal
- 20 Ounces Marshmallows mini
- Nonstick cooking spray oil

Instructions
- Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with spray oil or a light coating of butter on the bottom and sides. Optionally, line with parchment paper sprayed with oil or buttered. This makes it easier to remove from the pan and cut into small squares for serving.
- In a very large microwave safe bowl. Melt the butter for 40 seconds.
- Add the mini marshmallows. Stir to coat with the melted butter. Microwave on high heat for 3 minutes. Just until the marshmallows are puffed up.
- Next, add the cereal and stir with a large sturdy spoon. Pro tip. Spray the spoon first with oil as this will keep the melted marshmallows from sticking.
- Spoon the cereal mixture into an even layer in the prepared pan.
- Gently press the cereal mixture into the pan. Pro Tip. Use the back of a spoon sprayed with cooking oil to do this.
- Let cool for 1 hour at room temperature. Cut into squares or other shapes.
