Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add the diced cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, peaches, and sweet cherry peppers. Drain and rinse the black beans and add those.
In another bowl mix the salad dressing ingredients sweet cherry pepper juice, salt, pepper, sugar, rice vinegar, and olive oil. Add this to the salsa ingredients and gently combine the ingredients.
