Meat Preparation and Cooking
Preheat the oven for 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using the Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt, I shook the container over the ribs using approximately 1 tablespoon of the product. Then I cut the 4 full racks in half to fit in the kettle easier. In a dutch oven like the red one pictured above, I cut the 4 full racks in half to fit in the kettle easier. I placed the pork ribs in a half circle around the kettle on their sides. Cover and cook for 2 hours.
Remove from dutch oven, cut into individual rib pieces, and, place on a cookie sheet lined with tin foil. (Don't turn the oven off).
BBQ Honey & Apple Cranberry Chutney Sauce
Mix the apple cranberry chutney, honey, and open pit bbq sauce. spoon over the ribs that are on the cookie sheet. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Enjoy.
