Instructions
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, garlic, and green onions to the skillet with the cooked ground beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the vegetables have softened slightly.
Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oi, and honey. Mix well to coat the beef and vegetables evenly. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and vegetable filling onto the center of the wrapper.
Fold the bottom corner of the wrapper over the filling. Fold in the sides, then roll tightly towards the top corner, sealing the edges with a bit of water.
Repeat the process with the remaining egg roll wrappers and filling.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket, making sure they are not touching each other. Pro Tip. I find that spraying the cooking spray on the egg rolls themselves results in a crispier egg roll.
Cook the egg rolls in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the egg rolls from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
