1PoundGround Beef Extra Lean preferred
1CupOnion Diced Fine

3/4CupTeriyaki Sauce
1Green Onion optional garnish, sliced thin

Instructions
Cook the ramen noodles to al dente in boiling water. I use the ramen noodles that come with the soup packets. However, I do not make the noodles with the seasoning packet. Save that for another day.
Using a large saucepan, add the olive oil, ground beef, onion, garlic, and ginger. Fry over medium-high heat breaking up the beef as it cooks.
Once the beef is cooked through – approximately 6 minutes, add the teriyaki sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
Add the ramen noodles and toss to combine and coat the pasta with the ground beef mixture.
Serve with sliced green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish if desired.
