Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper spray with Pam or some other spray non-stick oil.
Dice the sausage patties, shred the cheese.
19.5 Oz. Fully cooked maple sausage patties
In a large bowl, add the sausage, cheese, eggs, Bisquick, and milk. Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Drop by tablespoon fulls or use a cookie scoop, onto the prepared parchment paper.
Fill the entire cookie sheet with approximately 1 1/2 inches between each scoop.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
