Instructions
Prepare a 9 x 13 pan with spray oil before starting to make the recipe. Spray both the bottom and the sides. This prevents them from sticking.
Use an extra large plastic bowl to make these gooey snacks in. Begin by melting the butter. Microwave 35-40 seconds.
Next, add the marshmallows. Stir with a large sturdy spoon to coat with the butter. Pro Tip. If you don't see a buttery sheen on each marshmallow, stir some more. You can also spray the marshmallows with a little spray oil to make sure that each one is covered.
Place the bowl with the marshmallows back in the microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes.
Pour in the Rice Krispies and stir with the sturdy spoon to incorporate. Pro Tip. Spray the large spoon with cooling oil spray to keep the melted marshmallows from sticking to it.
Add the marshmallow mixture to the prepared 13X9 pan.
Press down with either waxed paper or a tablespoon sprayed with cooking oil spray.
Let cool to room temperature. Cut into desired squares.
The pan will be full nearly to the top. But that is okay because it makes a big treat.
