2CupsHeavy Whipping Cream
1Cupgranulated sugar
1EnvelopeUnflavored gelatin
2CupsSour Cream
1Tsp. Vanilla Extract
1Tsp. Almond Extract
1-2Cups Fresh BerriesCan be strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or any other fruit you wish.

Instructions
In a large saucepan, combine the heavy whipping cream with the sugar. Cook and continuously stir over low heat until a thermometer reads 160 degrees Fahrenheit. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle the gelatin over the top of the mixture and immediately whisk until the gelatin is dissolved. Approximately 2 minutes to be sure.
Stir in vanilla and almond extract. Cool 10 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Divide into 8 dessert cups and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Add cut up fruit just before serving. Turn a cute cup into a cute dessert cup.
