Butter Toffee Peanuts
While you can make butter toffee peanuts, it is one step that I decided to leave up to someone else. I like to purchase one can of them and make one batch for the Holidays. They are a nice filler for candy trays and by using butter toffee peanuts already made, just saves me time. Someday, I might try and tackle making this on my own as it is just sugar, water, and butter. It is probably easier than what I think.
Cookie Scoop Used for Candy
I have a number of cookie scoops for a variety of recipes. There is a 1 – inch scoop that I use for all of my chocolate candies, however; it is really hard to find in my local stores. Here is a nice 1 – inch cookie scoop that works nicely for making chocolate candies.
