The meat is cooked just right and the sauce amps up the taste just enough without overpowering the full flavor meat taste. Also, just look at that juicy tenderness. Yum!
Using What You Have
We live out in the country and we do not have the pleasure of ordering food and having it delivered. So, that means that I need to have a well stocked pantry and home cooking is on the menu most of the time. Today was no exception. Yesterday, I dug in the freezer and found two packages of pork ribs. I put them in the refrigerator to thaw for today. As I searched through my cupboards, I see that I only have 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce left. But then, I found this jar of apple & cranberry chutney that is just delicious on its own. Therefore, time for a new recipe today…I decided that this would be the star of the ribs today.
