- 6 Large Eggs hard boiled, peeled
- 2 Slices Cheese any kind you like, I used farmer cheese
- 1 Cup Carrots julienned
- 1 Cup Frozen Peas thawed
- 1 Cup Beef Steak Tomatoes diced
- 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers finely diced (optional)
For the Creamy Dressing
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
- ½ Cup Granulated Sugar
- ¾ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika

- Cook the Pasta. Fill a large pot of salted water and bring it to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente, following package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water, and set aside while you prep the rest.8 Ounces Pasta
- Boil and Chop the Eggs. In a large pot add 2 inches of water and your eggs. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–12 minutes. Then immediately transfer the eggs to an ice bath or cold running water. Once cooled, peel and chop them.6 Large Eggs
- Mix the Dressing. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, Miracle Whip, granulated sugar, dry mustard, lemon juice, and paprika.
