Ingredients
- 2 Tbl. Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- 1-2 Cups Beef Stock

Instructions
- Pour the juices from a cooked beef roast into a pan. Add a 3/4 of the cup of water. Heat on medium-high until boiling.
- While the juices are heating up, mix 2 TBL of flour with 1/4 Cup of water until the flour is thoroughly incorporated.
- Once the juices are boiling, slowly pour in the flour mixture stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes and turn off heat.
