It only takes minutes to make this delectable goodness.

For the past few years I have seen this crack at potluck parties. However, there is always so many yummy things to choose from that I never got back for seconds to try this. Well, I finally gave this a try a few weeks ago – before I even had the dozens of other dishes there. It was delicious!

I got a separate bowl and brought it back to my desk to enjoy snacking on the entire afternoon. The maker of this delicious snack was kind enough to share the recipe with me too.

Holiday Baking for the Family

This new recipe has been officially added to my annual Holiday baking. It is so easy, but the guests just love it. This was the first Holiday Treat that was gone!

Giving Homemade Gifts

If you are looking for a quick and easy gift to give someone, this is a nice option. For elderly people that are not able to chew hard candies and caramels, they love this. However, don’t tell them about how easy this is to eat as they love it just like the kids do. Just the right amount of sweet and salty, with a light and airy puffy crunch.

Party Corn Puff Candy

While this White Chocolate Corn Puff Crack is sprinkled with Christmas Holiday colored sprinkles, it would be just as lovely for other occasions.

Use Halloween sprinkles for a fall party. How about blue or pink sprinkles or colored sugars for a baby shower. Some folks have a candy bar for weddings. Sprinkle this crack with the wedding colors. My guess is that your guests will devour this easy homemade treat..

Two Ingredients for Candy Recipe

What is puffcorn?

It is a puffed corn product that tastes similar to popcorn, but is made from cornmeal. It’s kind of like a puffy Cheeto but without the cheese. For this recipe, you want to make sure you get plain .

I used Old Dutch Puff Corn. I found some online but a different brand here. You can use butter flavored, but I used plain.

Vanilla Almond Bark/Candy Coating is the second ingredient. If you can’t find it locally, you can find it here.

If you love puff corn candy recipes, then I urge you to check out this Caramel Coated Puff Corn. So much better than what I can find in the grocery stores. It is addicting!
