- 1 Cup Heavy Cream

- In a sauce pan over medium-high heat, add the butter, garlic, and stone ground mustard. Cook 30 seconds to 1 minute until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the Cream and stir.
- Stir and cook until slightly thickened. Approximately 4 -5 minutes. That's it! This sauce is ready to enjoy.
