How to Store Cauliflower in the Fridge?

Store raw cauliflower wrapped loosely in a plastic bag. It is best to have a few holes in the bag to allow moisture to escape. Placing a paper towel near the stem will help absorb any moisture and keep it away from the head. Additionally, placing the stem side down will keep the moisture from settling on the florets. Dampness will cause the deterioration and cause the cauliflower to spoil faster. So, keep it cool and dry.

How Long Does Cauliflower Last in Fridge?

Cauliflower can last up to five days in the refrigerator if you keep it dry. It is best not to wash until you are ready to use it. I like to store mine in the vegetable crisper drawer. If you are like me and only go shopping once a week

Just like cauliflower, broccoli will spoil fast if exposed to moisture. Therefore, store in a crisper drawer with the stem side down to reduce the chance of moisture accumulating on the head.
