30 minutes cooking. I prep the vegetables while the hamburger is cooking to save time. I also turn off the soup once it is boiling and let the rice continue cooking in the hot soup.
Ingredients:
1 Tbl. Oil
4-5 Lbs. of Hamburger (I prefer Ground Chuck)
1-10 ¾ oz. can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup
1-14.5 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes (not drained)
This recipe is great for bringing to any occasion when you need to bring a dish to pass. I rarely take any home and always have people asking for the leftovers. This recipe is one I use often. Only cook time needed is for cooking the pasta. this goes together quickly and tastes fresh.
